Looking back land always looks cheap. Sometimes its a better buy than other times. Bankers are always gung ho when prices are high and always reluctant to loan when prices drop.....I don't think their crystal ball works any better than anyone else's. They may be right, who knows, but its still you that's on the hook to make the payments.
