Stearns County, Minnesota		Iseedit, I hate to sound pessimistic, but I am sure it will come across that way.  Around Lake Koronis, away from the shoreline, there have been a pile of lots developed and laid out, and at the rate these lots have been selling this past year, I will estimate it will take 15 years before they are all sold.
