| Rain? come on, stop pulling my leg. I just cut 3rd crop - high humidity so it isn't drying very good. All 3 crops were cut under high humidity conditions and it seems like it was rained on (bleached out) of each crop. The corn and beans around here (good black dirt - clay subsoil) are drying up bad. Corn tessels trying to flower and are wilted and tipped sideways. You are lucky you are geting the rain if you have any row crops at all. Sounds like chopping the alfalfa is your best bet . . . . . best of luck to you. | |
