Seems like there is as much news about taxing carbon (including coal fired generators) as there is about ending the subsidies for that evil ethanol. At least it's getting some of the protestors off the anti-livestock bandwagon....suppose they figure the high priced corn will do that work for them. Here in Mpls they incinerate garbage at one plant, don't see any news about them generating any power from that. Could be a good use for all the refuse building materials...at least use it to generate electricity or steam heat. Carbon tax would probably prevent that too. Other than that algae idea I don't see anything that is acceptable to the masses.
