For me with all expenses other than land costs all else was up right at $50/ac over 07. Land costs are so much different for everyone that its hard to tell. I just closed on a quarter section that was way overpriced but still when I figured it all out it with the payment and taxes it only raises my whole land base rented and owned by $8 dollars/ac.
