| I have heard it said that a ethanol plant can be easily and quickly converted to an oil refinery.With no new oil refineries being built in the US for decades,ethanol plants gone belly-up could be( or is) the best (and cheapest)way for oil companies to get a new refinery.Much less EPA regs.to go through etc.,etc. Don`t know if this is a fact but still I`m glad I don`t have my money invested in an ethanol plant. | |
