Dalton, OH | I agree!! If I remember right, at old prices there was only $.03 worth of wheat in a loaf of bread. So let's say the price has now tripled, $.09-$.10 of wheat in a loaf!!! Too bad the distributors will raise the price $1.00 or more and then blame it on the high price of wheat. What a joke! It just makes us farmer's look bad and the ditributors look like poor people. I think it great that us farmers are finally getting paid what things are really worth for once, but I do expect some major backlash in the coming months from the media.
