| I think it's like Von said, moderators would just delete the post or the whole thread if there were something offensive in it. These posts don't show up as edited, so it's not someone who posted something and then thought about it and deleted the content (and used the dot sign because no post can be empty). Most of the times I see such nearly empty posts, the post is actually in the title of the post, not its content. I am just as perplex as you are, can't understand why, and it's a nuisance for other readers. Ask the posters directly and tell us. | |
