When one type of fence system works for one farmer might not work for another,HT is great, easy to maintain and really easy to fix, but having it hot is almost a must and then what happens when the power goes out and the weeds and trees are growing into it , Then thers wooven wire that works great for boundry fence but to keep bulls in or apart its worthless without a couple strands of electric. I like barbwire where there is no cattle pressure , and if i was building a fence in your situation i might want to look at 3 or 4 strands of barbwire and for a little extra help you could put a strand of electric for insurance just to try to keep theme off of the fence ,Thats just a thought
