I am facinated by the western Cattle operations. My question though is who is going to take over these operations and run them in the future. Seems most Cattle operations in the east the folk running and owning them are in their 60's plus. Who is going to have the money and connections to make all this happen and have the skills of dealing the the environmental issues and the gov regs in the future.
