| Has anyone sold beef direct to consumers ? We've sold a few for 2 or 3 yrs now, and have 4 head to go to locker in a few days. If anyone has done this, do you have any kind of disclaimer form ? We sell them the live beef, and deliver it to the locker for them. They pay the processing to the locker, and pick it up themselves. We've been selling to family and friends, and didn't worry too much. Now a few others have gotten word, and these are people we don't really know that well. Would any disclaimer stop someone from successfully suing us, if they come down with e-coli ? Does anyone have a form I could use ? Experience doing this ? We are selling the live beef, so should I worry at all ? | |
