We sold three cattle as freezer beef to people we knew over the last couple of months. They pay live weight and the cost of butchering. We have always come out ahead.
Last time we had a fellow that wanted his entire side of beef in hamburger. And another that wanted everything he could get. I don't care how they get it as long as they pay for it.
