If I recall properly, the Microsoft domains have blacklisted the server hosting the NAT site, so no e-mails from 'here' can get to 'there'. NAT management tried unsuccessfully to get the blacklist removed, so had to adopt the work-around of not allowing e-mail addresses with the MS domains.
A possible new member is trying to get registered.
