I grind my own feed for pigs, around 2000 ton a year. Cost about .25 in repairs and about a 1/2 gallon of diesel fuel per ton of feed. Also you can shop around for ingerdents which you can save money.I bought a use grinder, build a shed, bought feed tanks, augers. Had it paid for in less then 2 years.
