northwest tennessee | I have always thought that would work with those old cows. I was reading the other day how killer cows will be good again this summer if not better than last because that is what people are going to eat, hamburger. The demand for it will stay good where the higher cuts may not. This will as a result cut the number of cattle back even more. When you start cutting the cow herd back you drop the total number of cattle pretty fast. You are really taking 2 out instead of one. | |
