SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass! | I have been selling alfalfa to a dairy for years. We talk every fall and agree on a price and delivery dates. We did the same last fall. I was to start delivery Feb 1 as usual. I received a letter from him today saying that due to low milk prices he had sold 250 head and would not be needing my 12 semi loads of hay and by the way the whole operation is for sale. So how bad is it? I should have been paying attention but wasn't. |
