Subject: Galloway Cattle

St. Gregor, SK, Canada
Galloways are said to be very easy to feed on just hay, they have no problems with the winters, are maternal, easy to handle, and a decent-sized cow...

Which brings me to the question: Why don't we see more of them? I'm curious as to ya'lls opinions on these cattle... Contemplating getting a Galloway bull for our cows, and from a recent purebred sale they seem to be discounted vs. regular breeds like Angus and Herfords...

Thanks,
Christian
