Hopefully $25/pair/month. Last year some guys paid as much as $35, I'm sure that will be renegotiated this year. Much over $20 and it had better be good grass. Landowner is responsible for irrigation, providing water and fences. Generally can run a pair to the acre for the May-Sept season. Range goes for less usually.
