Central IL | Big surprise based on my screename, but I would have to say Herefords. I am often surprised how people will put up with anything but a quiet disposition. Life is too short to deal with nuts cattle, at least in the midwest where we have cattle in "small" areas. As far as calving ease, that can go either way based on breeding decisions. The nice thing about a hereford is if you need to help or assist most of them will allow you to help easily. Hope this helps. | |
