Texas | He was the biggest calf I had. The calf was born in the middle of the night. Both cow and calf looked like they had quite an ordeal. Both are in good shape now.
I had thought about keeping the calf and feeding him out and keeping the hide. (Wife wants a rug for the dining room table) I told her what I was going to do and she said no. She couldnt see that hide every day and eat the meat too. :) Now it gives me a chance to give her a hard time. | |
