Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot | I've had the same experience. Can't really get any answers out of anyone. What I've found is that in certain locations (my house) the Verizon signal can get weak enough that it will roam onto an "Extended Network"-- US Cellular's tower. Then I can actually use my phone, even if it has only a faint signal it will not drop the call and works great. I can't hardly use my phone while it is on a Verizon tower, even with full coverage.
I had good luck with Sprint, just couldn't get a plan with enough minutes. I don't really care anymore, I'll pay a little extra to have a phone that works again. | |
