I have been looking to buy a pressure cooker to can green beans and other veggies. Until now, I have blanched and frozen them, but I would like to preserve them a little longer. Which brand do you use? Are some easier to use than others? I have been looking on ebay and have seen those with gaskets and those that are metal to metal seals. Which would you suggest. I will probably buy an older used one. TIA
