| does anyone remember or have the recipe that use to be on the old Hershey's chocolate cans? My grandma use to make it all the time for us grandkids. Dad says it came from the side of the old Hershey's can. I'm not sure if it was a cocoa can or actually there chocolate can. I would to have the recipe and any info and suggestion for making it. Dad has told me that it was very tempermental when making some and if everything wasn't right it wouldn't turn out. All I know is that it was made in a very thick sauce pan so you didn't scorch it while cooking and that grandma would put some aluminum foil over the top and then put the lid on. The best part of it was the skim that formed on the top, mmmmmmm that was so good. My uncle and I would fight over who would get the skim. Any help would be appreciated, Thank you. | |
