West Central Wisconsin | My wife has made them in the oven as a casserole. I'm not exact on the recipe but it's something like this; season the birds and place in a glass oven dish with wild or white rice and then pour cream of mushroom soup over it and bake covered. I don't know baking times. As far as seasonings it seems she had some sage in it. I think some mushrooms and celery would be good also. Sorry for not being exact but if you cook like my wife and I we don't really go by recipes, just need the general idea and go from there. Joe. | |
