Subject: RE: Attached garage heat source in northern climates

Red River Valley, North Dakota
I’ve got a 30x45x 10 high pole shed that we did 3” closed cell foam on walls and roof. Insulated floor with propane water heater for floor heat source. No furnace. Keep the shed around 50 degrees. No major issues yet , if I drive something in full of snow I open the door up the next day to let drier air in. Don’t take more than couple minutes of the 16x8 door open and air is exchanged. Floor is all sloped to center floor drain.

First winter but don’t see myself doing anything different next year. It very air tight. Sometimes the walk indoor is hard to open from air pressure changes. A little bit of a air vent wouldn’t be a bad deal , almost sealed too tight

North Dakota
