Also my mother has 3 car garage with infloor heat and always dry. Only way to go. Get a different electrician.


Let the electrician stick to wiring, and the lumberyardman stick to lumber. Neither the floor heat or furnace has much of nothing to do with moisture. If you're that concerned with moisture, put an air to air heat exchanger in, it can be a simple rigged up coaxial pipe, doesn't need to be an expensive one.
