I have a 2 1/2 stall garage with floor heat and 3" foam on the side walls. I have a menards gas boiler and keep it at 55 degrees. I have no problem with excess humidity. Only issue is the concrete guy didn't get the floor sloped just right and I have to squeegee the water to the drain.
