Bought a fairly new Riteway land roller on an auction that's located in Manitoba. Wondering how difficult it would be to tow something like this across the border into MN? Are the rules all the same for border crossing/customs if you tow something like this vs having it hauled with a trucking company? Looking for any ideas or recommendations here!
